PIK’s residential projects range from mass-market high rise prefab panel buildings, to top-end luxury apartments in central locations in Moscow. Mass market buildings are constructed using concrete panels produced by PIK’s prefab plants (DSK-2, DSK-3, KZE100).

There are several standard types of buildings that are built: Kope-M-Parus, P3M and 111 series. PIK’s customized projects are constructed using poured concrete technology and bricks. PIK’s luxury apartments are designed by award winning architects and constructed using poured concrete technology and top quality materials.

PIK puts significant efforts to modernize existing prefabricated buildings. At May  2007, PIK Group as completed construction of new type of building, called Kope-Tower , which enables to approximately double the size of residential units in a land area through more efficient use of area and planning. In addition, this is the first prefabricated building, which enables underground parking spaces.

We believe that our prefabricated panel technology is a clear construction advantage. Namely,

It is less expensive, according to our estimates it is approximately 30% less expensive than poured concrete buildings;
It is faster, based upon our experience it is build approximately 40% faster than poured concrete buildings;
It enables large-scale development, which means more than 200 residential units can be potentially built  in one corpus assuming 55 m2 per unit;
It is appropriate for severe climate conditions, such as Russia, can be constructed during winter season;
Our various types of prefabricated panel buildings emphasize flexibility in planning in a large-scale development.
